Program PREDAT is a preprocessor which quickly creates an input data model of a railway vehicle.
Input to program PREDAT are basic data as preferred eigen frequencies,
preferred damping ratio for the different eigen frequencies,
requirements on wheel unloading,
requirements on max roll coefficient of the car body,
rate of steering ability of the bogie , , , etc.
PREDAT then tries to design a vehicle for the user which in best way fits the wishes
and demands in input data.
Unfortunately the documentation of program PREDAT is currently only availably in Swedish.
