GENSYS for PC computers is very easy to install, the programs are all compiled and linked. All programs are stored in self-extractor files which unpack themselves when the user executes them.
Create a directory named \gensys at the highest level in your directory structure. Move all self-extractor files into this directory, and extract their contents by executing them.
Before starting calculations in the GENSYS package please check the documentation under "Initialization of the PC version". This document includes the descriptions of environment variables, path, graphics etc. and how they should be installed in order to utilize the user's computer system in the best possible way.
