DSB_82: Wheel profile designed by the Danish State Railways, suitable for a rail inclination of 1/20.
N33: Wheel profile designed by the Swedish State Railways, suitable for a rail inclination of 1/30.
P8: Wheel profile designed by Brittish Rail, suitable for a rail inclination of 1/20.
ORE S1002: Wheel profile defined in UIC 510-2, suitable for a rail inclination of 1/40.
EN13715 S1002: Wheel profile defined by the European Standard EN13715, suitable for a rail inclination of 1/40.
MPLOT-example: func rot_orient: The miniprof measuring instrument can sometimes be difficult to orient, especially if the inside of the wheel is worn. The measured profiles can be oriented relative to an unworn theoretical profile in program MPLOT by using the command func rot_orient.
